the staff provided a great breakfast buffet.

the shower was antiquated and situated in a bathtub. loud music from a nearby restaurant continued until 2:00 a.m. one night. double glazing did not adequately muffle the sound.

Excellent Stay Just off Avenida Liberdade

cute staff beautiful building easy access

I found the staff cute and helpful. The building has a beautiful design and maintains a classic charm. Its location provides easy access to key areas. I appreciated that the hotel is very walkable and so close to a station.

The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. Thin walls meant I could hear sounds quite easily. This was a bit disruptive, especially early in the morning, and better soundproofing would definitely improve the stay.

Rooms

9/10

The room included ample wardrobe space and comfortable beds (I slept very well!). The bathroom featured adequate lighting and complimentary toiletries. The temperature controls worked effectively, ensuring a comfortable environment.

Dining

8/10

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The coffee lounge was a nice bonus, providing complimentary drinks. The bar and restaurant provided meals at reasonable prices.

Service

10/10

The front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable in arranging tours. The housekeeping standards were exemplary (my room was super clean). The hotel provides 24/7 availability of coffee in the main lounge area.
